Her fitness brand ShayStayFit focuses on meal prep, monthly challenges, and fitness courses she does in person and on utube as she prepares for a certification as a Personal Trainer, Ms ShayStayFit has competed and placed in pro bikini and figure contests at national levels so it's safe to say shes the right woman for the job.
