The choker necklace can be traced as far back at the 1800's. Though chokers have been worn at different for differentcreadons, I beleive it's safe to say the choker is timeless piece. Women such as Queen Victoria (1819-1901), Alexander, Princess of Wales, (1844-1925), and Estelle Taylor (1920's) can be seen often wearing jeweled chokers. In my opinion, I believe the choker is in fact a timeless piece.
love, love, love wearing chokers according to how I feel at the time. Yesterday I wore a burnt coral button up vest from NYandCo, white tank, and blue stonewashed jeans I decided to rock one of my denim chokers that had a silver pendant on it.
